Depending on your time and budget, we can teach you the basics via one-to-one coaching, work alongside you through the project or simply ‘do-it-all for you’. Whichever option is the best fit, we follow best practice principles to ensure your precious items remain available for the future, using four simple steps.

  • Assess + Gather

    • We start with an assessment session of your entire collection to understand your photo management requirements.

    •. During this session we clarify your goals and vision - how you envisage the final outcome. From here, we create a project plan for your approval.

    • Then, we find and gather together all your photos and memorabilia and plot your timeline.

  • Sort, Arrange + Describe

    • We sort, categorise and organise your photographs according to your chosen method.

    • De-clutter the duplicates.

    • We capture your story – the descriptions, emotions + memories evoked by the photographs.

  • Save + Maintain

    • Re-house your material into preservation-friendly sleeves and containers.

    • Digitise your photographs + memorabilia to industry standards, with captions and descriptions embedded in the files.

    • Create a back up system of the digitised library using the 3:2:1 method.

    • Deliver a beautifully organised system so that your photos and memorabilia are easily findable and secure for generations to come

    • Provide a maintenance plan.

  • Share

    • There are plenty of ways we can assist you with sharing outcomes for your photographs - whether that is in the form of a slideshow, an online private family archive, or a series of Photobooks.

    • We especially love creating timeless Photobooks to showcase your story.

    • We design these books with love, an artistic eye, and a great passion for telling your family’s story.

  • We pride ourselves on providing outstanding quality and attention to detail, acting in accordance with industry-standards to create bespoke solutions for your collection. We offer full photo management services to ensure that your treasured collection is organised, described with your stories, and secured to make it findable, accessible, and sharable over time.

    The cost depends entirely on your collection, many comprehensive projects can reach $4000. Smaller projects, like the design and production of a single Photo Book or Slideshow will be a smaller investment.

    There is also the option to invest in 1:1 custom coaching sessions that could be used while taking a DIY approach.

I’ll gauge the scope and the state of your collection, your goals, the services you require, and any time frames that you may have. Following this call, I can provide you with an initial estimate.

  • Again, this depends on your collection and what you require– every single project is unique. We will discuss the scale of your project and your needs in our initial consultation, and I will then provide a timeline estimate.

    Often collections that span a lifetime of photographs can take several months to complete, while smaller projects like producing a beautiful Family Photo Yearbook, can be completed in two weeks with an organised collection.

  • A beautifully organised, healthy photo library – everything will be findable, in a system that works best for you. You will find great relief in knowing all your physical material will be re-housed systematically and labelled in archival sleeves and containers and your digital material will all be consolidated into a photo library with 3:2:1 back up.

    Once we have your collection safe and secure, we can design the fun part – using and sharing it. At the beginning of every project, we clarify the end goal and discuss different options such as a beautiful, timeless Photo Book series, a slide show or a private online photo archive for your family.

  • We certainly can - sorting through your photo clutter is our superpower and passion!

    Your input will be required along the way, but the hard and hands on work can all be completed for you.

    You will always be regularly kept in the loop via your chosen communication method.

  • Our initial consultation will take place over Zoom or via telephone according to your preference. Then we will meet at your home or workspace for the assessment session, and I can continue to conduct the photo organising work at your home. Depending on the scale of your collection, we can also arrange for your material to be safely transported to my home office space and delivered to you upon completion.

    We can also arrange for digitisation of all your outdated media (VHS, VHS-C, Hi8, Video8, Digital8, Betamax, Mini DV, Super8, 8mm & 16mm Reel) through our trusted provider.
